Kristina Brendzel, Au.D., CCC-A, F/AAA
Audiologist
Dr. Kristina Brendzel earned her Doctorate of Audiology from A.T. Stil University in Mesa, Arizona and her Master's degree in Audiology from Michigan State University. Following completion of her Master's degree, Dr. Brendzel completed her clinical fellowship year at the California Ear Institute at Stanford. Dr. Brendzel received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Western Michigan University.
Dr. Brendzel is trained in the areas of comprehensive audiological evaluations for patients of all ages, advanced hearing aid technology, bone anchored hearing aids, Videonystagmography, Vestibular Autorotation, Auditory Brainstem Response, Electrocochleography, and Vestibular Evoked Myogenic Potentials. She also has experience performing Canalith Repositioning Maneuvers. Dr. Brendzel performs cochlear implant candidacy evaluations as well as programming of post implantation speech processors. She works with all three cochlear implant companies: Advanced Bionics, Med-El Corporation and Cochlear Americas.
Dr. Brendzel is a licensed audiologist in the state of Florida and is a member of the American-Speech-Language-Hearing Association and American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Brendzel has attended numerous professional seminars and workshops.
